The more you take care of your rented car, the lesser you pay. To make sure our cars are always in a good condition, service fees are applicable and we want you to know exactly what you pay for.
  • Rental
  • Default in Payment/Unsuccessful Charge of Installment/Monthly Extension AED 150 for 3 days delay and for more than 3 days AED 250
  • Late Return Fee 1 day rental/AED 100 whichever is higher
  • Prepone/Postpone Reservation AED 50
  • Any Amendments to the Reservation/E-Ticket AED 50
  • Change of Installment Date (on approval) AED 250
  • Admin Fee on Rental Amount - Bank/Cash Transfer AED 50
  • Return of Vehicle in Different Emirates AED 50
  • Vehicle Recovery & Force Collection Charges AED 1,000
  • Delivery & Collection Charges (all booking types) AED 50/AED 100 per service as per location
  • Failure to Update Expired Documents AED 150

  • Return of Unclean Vehicle Actual + 15%
  • Smoking Inside Vehicle AED 500
  • Lost Keys Actual Cost of Key + 15%
  • Tampering with Vehicle/Salik Tag/Vehicle Logos Actual + AED 150
  • Drained Battery/Leaving the Headlights on (during site visit)Actual Cost + 15%
  • Non-charging of Electric Vehicles when at or below 50 kms Driving Range AED 200
  • Traffic Fines

  • For any Legal Formalities, an Additional Fee will be Applicable. 15% of the Total Decline Amount + Any Legal Fees, Document Charges, Court Fees etc (as per actuals)  Actual Charges + 15%
